Do you have asthma, COPD, or a persistent cough? Do you experience shortness of breath, wheezing or chest tightness? Do you currently smoke or do you have a history of smoking?

Do you experience heart palpitations, rapid heart rate, or a sensation of missed or skipped beats? Do you suffer from dizziness, chest pain, or shortness of breath?
24 hour Holter Monitoring is one of many diagnostic tools that can be used to evaluate these symptoms. This study involves the placement of 5 simple chest leads that attach to a small device you wear on your belt like a pager. The following day you will bring the device back to our office and Dr Wilkes will download and interpret a detailed 24 hour analysis of your heart rhythm.
